A two day faculty development programme on” High Performance teams” was organized by BLDE Association’ s A.S.P. College of Commerce MBA Programme on 30th and 31st of March 2012. Country Head HR Future Group Shri K Ravichandran, Future Group Learning Head M.V.S Murthy were the resource people for the occasion. Faculty delegates from various colleges attended the programme.

IIT Talent Academy

Despite a growing number of entrepreneur cells (e-cells) in various institutes, the stress is never on entrepreneurship. Academicians largely focus on how students can reach the top of the corporate ladder quickly; get a good pay package at a reputed MNC and so on. However, the going has never been so positive for budding entrepreneurs.

In order to bridge this wide gap, B.L.D.E.A’s A. S. Patil College of Commerce (Autonomous), MBA Programme, Bijapur had  is organized a workshop on entrepreneurship and business plan, conducted jointly with IIT-Delhi Entrepreneurship cell in association with Nurture Talent Academy on 27th March 2012 in the college premise.

The B.L.D.E.A’s MBA Programme incited MAGCIANA Event in 2001. In 2001 this event was restricted to only university level participants, later on it raised up to national level.

This event is organized by B.L.D.E.A’s MBA Programme to give platform for MBA students to show their talents, skills and also to make aware of challenges of corporate world. This event also develops quality of Enterprisers, Corporate Executives etc.

DHOOM - BRAND Odyssey Event

The Event is conducted during the Sankranthi Festival, during which time the yearly fair gets organized. About 6 Lakh people from various surrounding and local place visit the fair. The visitor presents a huge turnout to the event.

DHOOM 2 (BRAND Odyssey)

In today’s competitive world there is always an urge to excel. With this objective in mind, the event brand Odyssey “DHOOM-2” had been providing a competitive learning platform for management students and prove their excellence.

The event “DHOOM-2” is a mega Marketing event to enhance promote and increase the sales, also make awareness of the products and services to the upcoming visitors. This event help the companies as well as the customers as a very good opportunity to interact with each other, this event brings to the companies the benefits of exclusive showroom or a company outlets at the premises for these three days. The event DHOOM done last year, where lot of peers participated and have made a heavy profit out of the event. The Success of the event was made clear from the participants themselves.

Dhoom3 Event

“DHOOM-3” is yet another successful mega Marketing event to enhance promote and increase the sales, also make awareness of the products and services to the upcoming visitors. This event help the companies as well as the customers as a very good opportunity to interact with each other, this event brings to the companies the benefits of exclusive showroom or a company outlets at the premises for these three days. The participats have made a heavy profit out of the event. The Success of the event was made clear from the participants themselves. Students learned the art of negotiations, space selling with real cash and handling customer care queries...

  • Field Activity

Field activities will build students to understand marketing environment and also the role performed by the Sales people. The process will make students gain skill-sets required by sales field.

The students of this institute have taken many field activities like, new product Launch, Re-launch, Customer opinion about products, identifying the potentiality of products.

Now a day’s people are tending away from physical games and activities. The reason is lots of studies or the computer games, an ill-fated shortcut.

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy'. Rightly said so, that education without activities is always incomplete. A child may mug up the management textbook, but for how long? May be till the last bell of exams but if it gets a bit of interactive touch, then the same student may have such a memorization and understanding that he will not only just forget it ever in his life but also implement it in his life with an equal degree of effectiveness.
